Job Description

Grey Ring is expanding its network of SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Planning specialists across the United States.

We are interested in professionals who combine strong SAP functional capability with practical understanding of manufacturing, production planning and supply-chain operations.

Typical responsibilities

  • Design and configure SAP manufacturing and production-planning solutions.
  • Support S/4HANA implementations, deployments and optimisation programmes.
  • Work across production planning, manufacturing and supply-chain processes.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Support workshops, solution design and functional specifications.
  • Participate in integration and user-acceptance testing.
  • Support data preparation, migration and validation.
  • Coordinate cutover and go-live activities.
  • Provide post-go-live support and stabilisation.
  • Work closely with manufacturing users and operational stakeholders.

Experience of interest

  • SAP PP / Production Planning.
  • SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing.
  • MRP and production planning.
  • Discrete and/or process manufacturing.
  • Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order or Engineer-to-Order environments.
  • SAP PP/DS would be advantageous.
  • Integration with MM, SD, QM, EWM or other SAP modules.
  • End-to-end S/4HANA implementation experience.
  • Manufacturing process improvement.
  • Testing, data migration and cutover.
