Head / VP Integration & Scaling – Germany
Job Description
Grey Ring is supporting a PE-backed organisation in Germany with the appointment of a senior Head / VP Integration & Scaling.
This is a newly important role focused on integrating acquired businesses and building the structures required to support continued growth.
The Role
You will take ownership of post-merger integration and operational scaling, working closely with senior leadership across the organisation.
The remit will include:
- Leading post-merger integration programmes
- Developing scalable operating models
- Driving process standardisation
- Supporting systems and digital integration
- Delivering and tracking synergies
- Improving integration governance and performance visibility
- Working across multiple corporate functions and acquired businesses
- Moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution
The Profile
We are interested in candidates with strong experience across one or more of the following:
- Post-merger integration
- PE-backed / buy-and-build environments
- Business integration
- Transformation programmes
- Operating model development
- Carve-outs or complex organisational change
- Management consulting with significant implementation responsibility
You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift as the organisation continues to grow.
Fluent German is essential.
